Delivery Policy (Shipping)

DELIVERY

All orders are delivered by hand to ensure your produce arrives in the best possible condition.

We currently deliver Fridays only across North Yorkshire, York, and surrounding villages.

Orders must be placed in advance to secure your delivery slot. If we’re covering wider areas (such as Leeds), this will be confirmed based on demand.

As our produce is grown to ripen and ready to enjoy, we harvest and prepare orders as close to delivery as possible.

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our produce, we’re unable to accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to put things right.
